How to reach us about corrections, pricing changes, or a tool we should look at.
The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. We are a small operation and usually reply within a few working days.
What is useful to send
- A correction — the page URL, what is wrong, and a link to the vendor page that shows the current facts. Pricing changes are the most common; we will re-check and update.
- A missing tool — if a tool belongs on a comparison page, tell us which page and why it fits the question that page asks.
- A data request — see the privacy page for what we can and cannot do.
What we cannot help with
- Product support — billing, refunds or logins for a tool are handled by that vendor, not us. Please contact the vendor's own support.
- Advice on your numbers — we do not have access to your list size, prices or margins.
- Paid placement — we do not sell rankings, reviews or "sponsored" slots on comparison pages.
